David Bourgon, real estate broker
David relies on thirty years of experience in sales and marketing. He has given several sales conferences and courses over the course of his career. Well regarded by his peers, he is currently president of the Estrie and Centre-du-Québec Real Estate Board. David spent about ten years in the United States working in market development and holds an American equivalent of a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing. He is one of the few brokers in Quebec to hold a real estate auctioneer training certificate from the National Auctioneer Association. David was inducted into RE/MAX International's Hall of Fame in 2018, joining this select group of RE/MAX brokers around the world in more than 120 countries.
Charles also has 30 years of experience in sales and representation. He joined the Bourgon Team in 2015 after completing the intensive training at the Collège de l’Immobilier du Québec under the new Real Estate Brokerage Act of Quebec. Well known and appreciated in the region, he has managed to stand out by achieving the highest standards of client satisfaction during 19 consecutive years serving one of the largest car dealerships in the Eastern Townships.
